Four attorneys join Nelson Mullins in Greenville

GREENVILLE, SC – Nicole Cuadrado, Elizabeth “Sandi” Hudson Hall, Brittany M.  McIntosh, and Allison Crawford Ford have joined the Greenville office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as associates.

Ms. Cuadrado will focus her practice in the areas of business litigation and employment and labor law. She has previous experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Terry L. Wooten, U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. Ms. Cuadrado earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History, cum laude, from Converse College.

Ms. Crawford Ford will focus her practice in the area of business litigation. She returns to the Firm after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary G. Lewis of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. Ms. Ford earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English, cum laude, from Wake Forest University.

Ms. Hall will focus her practice in the areas of corporate law, securities, and tax law. She previously served as a law clerk for the Firm and at other law firms in Columbia, Greenville, and Charleston. Ms. Hall earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, magna cum laude, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude, from the College of Charleston.

Ms. McIntosh will focus her practice in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Ms. McIntosh is returning to the Firm after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph F. Anderson Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. She previously worked as a transactional attorney at Nelson Mullins and has experience as a Securities and Exchange Commission reporting manager at a North Carolina securities law firm. Ms. McIntosh earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, magna cum laude, from Clemson University.
