Four from Callison Tighe included in 2015 edition of Super Lawyers

April 29, 2015

COLUMBIA, SC – Four attorneys at Callison Tighe are included in the newest edition of Super Lawyers, an annual publication that recognizes top attorneys across more than 70 practice areas.

Super Lawyers included the four attorneys – Michael Tighe, M. Malissa Burnette, Kathleen McDaniel and Janet Rhodes – after a stringent selection process that includes nominations, independent research and peer evaluations from other attorneys in their practice areas. Only about 5 percent of the attorneys nominated are selected.

Tighe was recognized in real estate law, while Burnette was honored in employment litigation. McDaniel, the firm’s newest member, was included in Rising Stars in administrative law. Rhodes, an associate at the firm, also was recognized as a Rising Star in the practice area of employment and labor law. The Rising Stars designation is for attorneys younger than 40 or who have practiced less than 10 years.
