Fowler Realty Announces “Down Home” Grand Opening

COLUMBIA, SC – March 5, 2013 – Fowler Realty & Land Services is excited to announce its grand opening bash outside its offices on Two Notch Rd on Sunday, March 24th. From 2-5pm, the afternoon event will celebrate the launch of the new real estate agency while ushering in spring with some good ol’ down-home music and eats under the sun. Vendors from every sector of home and real estate services will join us, ready to provide free information about everything from home loans to pest control, making this fun event the one-stop shop for friendly home services in the Midlands.
Come enjoy complimentary BBQ sliders and home-cut fries from Columbia’s award-winning Bone-In Food Truck while browsing the vendors and basking in country harmonies from local favorite, The Randy Lucas Bluegrass Band. To honor the occasion, we’re raising money for Habitat for Humanity, so make sure to bring some dollar bills and buy raffle tickets to benefit the cause.
Alongside the delicious snacks and entertainment, we’ll have all the bases covered when it comes to your home or real estate concerns. We’ll be offering free quick and dirties – real estate slang for concise comparative market analyses for homes – and informing you about the Point of Sale tax and other issues that could affect you and your home.
