Frampton Construction adds two to Charleston office

Screen Shot 2016-03-28 at 9.06.19 PMFrampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, construction services, and sustainability services throughout the Carolinas, has added Brian Carter as superintendent and Michael Mattaliano as quality control manager.

As superintendent, Carter, whose current focus is The Blake at Carnes Crossroads, coordinates subcontractor work on the job site to ensure both a high quality and timely completion. Prior to joining Frampton Construction, Carter worked with Choate Construction and prior to that with Hitt Contracting. He studied civil engineering at Horry Georgetown Technical College and holds a 30 hour OSHA card.

In his role as quality control manager Mattaliano provides quality control of field operations for multi-unit construction projects. Mattaliano previously served as project manager for Diversified Construction Services. Prior to that, he served as superintendent for Roy Anderson Construction. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Florida.
