Frederick A. Crawford of Richardson Plowden Certified as a Circuit Court Mediator

COLUMBIA, SC – Richardson Plowden & Robinson, P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney Frederick A. Crawford has been certified as a circuit court mediator by the South Carolina Supreme Court’s Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification. Crawford joins 11 other Richardson Plowden attorneys who are certified arbitrators and mediators. The Firm offers alternative dispute resolution services on a statewide and national basis for business, civil, and personal injury matters.

Crawford focuses his practice on accounting malpractice defense; business, contract and corporate law; estate planning; probate administration; hospital/healthcare law; and mergers and acquisitions. He earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce with an emphasis on accounting from the University of Virginia in 1976. In 1979, he received his juris doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in America® since 2009. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, American Health Lawyers Association, and the Columbia Estate Planning Council.

Crawford has provided legal services to clients throughout the South Carolian for more than 30 years. Expanding his practice to include mediation will allow Crawford to help clients resolve contentious matters without undergoing costly litigation trials.
