Furay recognized with Soaring Eagle Award

GREER, SC – The National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) has awarded Guy Furay with the Soaring Eagle Award.

Furay began his insurance career in 1997 with BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. He opened The Insurance Source, an independent brokerage specializing in health insurance in 2005. Furay earned the FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute) and GBA (Group Benefits Associate) designations. He also completed four of the eight graduate level courses to earn the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation at the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.

The Soaring Eagle Award is the highest honor given by the National Association of Health Underwriters. This prestigious recognition is awarded to members who have achieved the greatest success in demonstrating exceptional professional knowledge and outstanding client service.
