Gabriel Builders wins two Pinnacle Awards

Builder earns eighth Pinnacle Award since 2008
GREENVILLE, SC – The Homebuilders Association of South Carolina recently honored Gabriel Builders as a 2015 Pinnacle Awards Best of Construction winner. Gabriel Builders was recognized for outstanding craftsmanship in in both $1.5 – $1.9 Million Category and $5 Million and Above Category for new homes, bringing the company’s grand total of Pinnacle Awards to an impressive eight awards since 2008.

Gabriel Builders received its first of two awards of 2015 for a villa inspired by France’s wine country. This home was designed by Architect Jack Arnold and mirrors the classic styles of old chateaux found in the Bordeaux region of France. The villa features a warm stucco exterior with native stone arches, Old World style shutters and French doors. The exterior is completed by a private patio that overlooks a hot tub, swimming pool and outdoor dining area. The villa’s interior highlights include arch-lined hallways, gourmet kitchen with adjoining family room, and master suite with his and her sitting rooms.
Gabriel Builders’ second award-winning home of 2015 is an Old World style home located just outside of Greenville, S.C. The brick, stone and wood exterior blends with the 50+ acres of beautiful country land the home sits on and points to the French-inspired style seen on both the inside and outside of the home. The interior style is somewhat “Southern Traditional” mixed with a whimsical design that gives the home a comfortable and approvable, but timeless feel. The highlights of Belle Terre include blue exterior shutters, a rustic wine cellar and tasting room, mahogany study, pool house, and meticulously designed landscape complete with topiaries, partier gardens, fountains and boxwoods.
The Pinnacle Awards draw competition between custom homebuilders throughout South Carolina and is judged by a group of state architects, builders and trade partners. The awards recognize craftsmanship in new construction and remodeling of quality homes, as well as for excellence in sales and marketing. Since 2008, Gabriel Builders has won two Pinnacle Awards in the $1-3 Million price category and the six awards in $5 Million and above category, inclusive of this year’s two awards.
