Amy Gaffney and Regina Hollins Lewis announced the formation of their new mediation firm, GaffneyLewis ADR. Alongside their already well-established litigation firm, Gaffney Lewis LLC, the firm will support Amy and Regina’s focus on alternative dispute resolution, providing mediation, arbitration and internal investigation services to attorneys and their clients throughout the state of South Carolina.
As certified South Carolina mediators, Amy and Regina have over two decades of conflict resolution know-how in mediating tort, employment and other disputes including personal injury/negligence claims in premises liability, vehicle accidents, and municipal cases, Title VII race, gender and age and disability discrimination claims, Section 1983 and other civil rights claims, wrongful termination, defamation and breach of contract matters.
