GCM Inc. to Renovate Breakwater Restaurant & Bar

GREENVILLE, SC – December 8, 2011 – Breakwater Restaurant & Bar announced that GCM Inc. www.generalcontractmanagement.com has received the contract to renovate their new Greenville location at 802 S. Main St., the site of the former Rio Grille Restaurant.

Greenville-based GCM will be completely renovating the new 4,500-square-foot restaurant in Greenville’s West End, with Jeremy Mair as the project manager. GCM has done several restaurant up-fits in Greenville’s central business district.Brad Benjamin with Radium Architecture Inc. www.radiumarchitecture.com of Greenville is the project architect. Plans call for the renovation to be completed by January 2012.

This will be the second location for Breakwater Restaurant & Bar, which also has a location in Beaufort, S.C. When complete, the restaurant will seat 145 patrons.
