Gina Blohm named Executive Director of the Greenville Tech Foundation
June 11, 2026The Greenville Tech Foundation has selected Gina Blohm as executive director following a nationwide search. Blohm will be responsible for leading the non-profit’s efforts to support both Greenville Technical College (GTC) and its students through charitable contributions from businesses, industries, foundations, organizations, and individuals in the community.
“The college’s mission is to empower individuals, change lives, and reshape communities,” said Foundation Board Chair Chad Cousins. “Gina is committed to that mission and to the significant role that donors can play in creating economic mobility and success.”
Blohm brings a strong background in philanthropy to the position. She spent six years as a development officer and major gifts officer with Greenville Health System (now Prisma Health). Since 2014, she has worked for the Community Foundation of Greenville, first as director of development and most recently, as chief development officer.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and marketing from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). A graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 43 and the Riley Institute’s Diversity Leaders Initiative, Blohm serves on the board of the Greenville Professional Women’s Forum and as a member of the Greenville Chamber Board of Advisors and Greenville Women Giving.
“Every dollar invested in Greenville Technical College generates an estimated $8 in economic impact,” said GTC President Dr. Larry Miller. “Gina is excited to help donors understand that value proposition and the powerful impact their support can have on workforce development, economic growth, and the long-term success of the Upstate.”
