Girl Scouts thanks Emerald Circle donors

SPARTANBURG, SC Girl Scouts of South Carolina – Mountains to Midlands recognized and thanked the women of its local philanthropic group on September 15 at a reception held in the home of Emerald Circle 2015 co-chair Anna Habisreutinger Converse, and co-hosted by Carter Graves, 2015 co-chair.  Emerald Circle began 15 years ago with 63 founding members.  Today it has grown to over 90 members who have joined together to commit resources annually to enable Girl Scouting to succeed in its leadership-development mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
