Girls on the Run Upstate SC Seeks Volunteers for Spring 2026 5K

Girls on the Run Upstate South Carolina is inviting the community to get involved in a meaningful way by volunteering for its Spring 2026 5K, set for Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Spartanburg Community College – Giles Campus.
The 5K serves as the culminating event for girls participating in the program, celebrating their hard work, confidence, and personal growth throughout the season. Organizers are currently seeking volunteers who are willing to share their time, energy, and enthusiasm to help make the day a success.
A variety of volunteer roles are available, including packet pickup, setup and breakdown, parking attendants, registration, course monitors, water stations, merchandise sales, photography, and more.
Girls on the Run Upstate SC’s program is designed to inspire girls to build confidence, develop healthy habits, and recognize their inner strength. The end-of-season 5K gives participants a tangible sense of accomplishment and a chance to celebrate all they have achieved.
