On Tuesday, February 28th at 11:30 am, a golden shovel groundbreaking ceremony will take place to mark the start of construction for The Mill at Fountain Inn located at 100 Ellison Street.

The Mill at Fountain Inn will host several restaurants and act as a new gathering place in the City of Fountain Inn. The project represents a significant investment in the city by Bryan Beal, owner of B&B Real Estate Company. Beal has worked closely with Fountain Inn staff to ensure the vision of the Mill at Fountain Inn and has remarked on both city and community leaders’ support during the planning process for the project.

“It is an honor to bring this community gathering space to downtown Fountain Inn. We are incredibly grateful to the city, the Chamber, and all of the local leaders who are helping make it possible. Thank you for all of the support and partnerships that got us to this point. We can’t wait to see our vision for The Mill at Fountain Inn come to life,” said Brayn Beal.

The City of Fountain Inn is excited to see the project come to life and welcomes residents and visitors to downtown Fountain Inn to visit The Mill and partake in all the wonderful things the city has to offer.

“With unique shops, festivals, and dining options, there are many reasons to enjoy downtown Fountain Inn. The Mill at Fountain Inn is another step in creating a vibrant, active district in our city full of possibilities,” said Austin Watters, Community Engagement Specialist for the City of Fountain Inn.
