Greater Lexington Chamber, Greater Irmo Chamber partner for business expo

May 30, 2017

The Greater Lexington Chamber and Visitors Center and Greater Irmo Chamber of Commerce will partner to host the 2017 Business Lexpo on Tuesday, July 25 at 11 a.m. at River Bluff High School.

Free and open to the public, this trade show will bring nearly 100 participating businesses, including local restaurants, together to connect with one another and the Midlands community.

Greater Lexington Chamber President/CEO Otis Rawl is excited to see two chambers create an atmosphere for better business opportunities. “There’s no better way to create a united vision for our community than having businesses from throughout Lexington County come together under one roof and that’s why we partnered with Irmo,” said Rawl. “This trade show reminds business professionals and community members of how economic development begins.”

“We are looking forward to working with our Lexington Chamber friends across the dam,” said Kerry Powers, President and CEO of the Greater Irmo Chamber. “Uniting our business communities for this fun event will be a great benefit to all involved!”
