Green Bean Christmas Tree

This holiday appetizer is fun to make and healthy to eat.
- 1 or 2 lbs. fresh green beans, washed and dried
- 6-8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 round slice of yellow squash, cut into a star shape
- Handful of baby carrots, sliced lengthwise
- Light Ranch dressing on the side
1. Arrange green beans into a Christmas tree shape on a large platter
2. Decorate tree with cut cherry tomatoes
3. Place cut zucchini squash star on top
4. Assemble carrot sticks for tree trunk
5. Serve with your favorite veggie dipping sauce
