Greenville/Columbia/Charleston project management experts earn promotions at LCK
June 9, 2026LCK announces the promotions of three project management professionals as part of a broader strategy to support the firm’s continued growth and enhance services for clients. Managing more than 135 projects valued at over $1.3 billion annually, LCK continues to experience strong momentum driven by long-standing client relationships and new opportunities across the South Carolina and Charlotte markets. Under the leadership of President Dale Stigamier, the firm is strategically investing in its people and service offerings, including the continued growth of its preconstruction platform, to provide clients with strategic guidance from project conception through completion.
Scott Rush has advanced to Vice President in the Greenville-Spartanburg market. With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and more than 10 of those at LCK, Rush notably led the CONRAC multi-level parking garage at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) that opened to the public in December 2025.
Maggie Stackley has advanced to Director | Preconstruction across South Carolina. Based in the Columbia office, Stackley serves as the strategic, day-one liaison between LCK clients and other project partners in the early phases of project delivery. Stackley recently oversaw pre-construction of the Riverbanks Zoo & Garden’s Saluda Skyride aerial gondola attraction, which debuted in September 2025. In 2025, Stackley provided cost estimating services on 57 projects totaling over $731 million in project volume.
