Greenville County Rec’s Waterparks Open May 24

GREENVILLE, SC – Greenville County Rec’s waterparks will open this Saturday, May 24 through Memorial Day, May 26.  Discovery Island at Southside Park and Otter Creek at Northside Park will open weekends only until June 6^th when they will open seven days a week.  7^th Inning Splash at Lakeside Park will open weekends only until June 7.  Please visitwww.greenvillerec.com for hours of operation and more information.

Each waterpark has special attractions. Discovery Island features a Flow Rider where visitors can surf on boogie boards, ride the giant slides, tube around a lazy river, and enjoy a zero depth entry interactive play area.

Otter Creek offers a tube slide, body slide, drop slide, child slide, spray pad, and expansive zero depth entry swim area.  7^th Inning Splash features a giant bowl slide, spray pad, and standard swimming pool.
