Greenville County Redevelopment Authority announces Board of Directors & Officers for 2016

The Greenville County Redevelopment Authority (GCRA) is pleased to announce its 2016 board of directors appointed by the Greenville County Council. The board’s executive committee was elected in a recent board meeting and includes Todd Yeomans as chairman, Walter Moragne as vice-chairman, and Jane Kizer as treasurer. Charlotte Osmer and Tom Van Norstrand were re-appointed by the Greenville County Council to serve a three year term, and Tad Mallory and Dr. Dennis Martin were recently appointed to the Board by County Council.

 

·         K. Todd Yeomans (Chairman) – Realtor with Keller Williams Realty

·         Walter Moragne (Vice-Chairman) – retired from General Electric Corp.; Vietnam Veteran and president/owner of Southeast Quality Consultants, Inc.

·         Jane Kizer (Treasurer) – database administrator with Charter Communications

·         Amy Coleman – currently stay-at-home mom

·         Barry Coleman – branch manager with Carson’s Nut, Bolt, & Tool

·         Richard Davis – sales manager with IBM, based in Greenville

·         David A. Doser – vice president with Jennings-Dill, Inc.

·         Derrick Gambrell – financial analyst with Windstream Communications

·         Tad Mallory – Partner, Northside Traders, LLC

·         Dr. Dennis Martin – EYS “Enhance Your Smile” Dentistry, Greenville, West End

GCRA’s mission is to improve the quality of life for low and moderate income citizens of Greenville County by administering Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds and developing community partnerships. GCRA takes a comprehensive approach to community revitalization by building new homes, rehabilitating existing homes, and strengthening the infrastructures of the communities, as well as providing credit and homeownership education programs. GCRA works throughout Greenville County, including Fountain Inn, Greer, Mauldin, Simpsonville, and Travelers Rest.
