Greenville EyeCare Adds Lauren Frye as Ophthalmic Technician

GREENVILLE, SC – July 20, 2011 – Greenville EyeCare Associates, a provider of comprehensive eye healthcare services, announces the addition of Lauren Frye as an ophthalmic technician. A native of Greenville and a graduate of Mauldin High School, Lauren joins the Greenville EyeCare team after graduating from the Greenville Tech Ophthalmic Medical Assistant Program. She currently works as Dr. Billie P. Skinner’s technician to assist with patient exams, updating medical history, verifying eye glass and/or contact lenses prescriptions, performing diagnostic procedures, and maintaining exam equipment. Lauren also helps instruct patients in personal eye care as a part of overall vision health.
