Greenville First Steps taps Noble Aim Consulting for program needs

January 12, 2022

Local non-profit Greenville First Steps has retained Noble Aim Consulting to help determine the need for community-wide home visits for parents of newborns. Led by well-known change management consultants Dr. Laura Bogardus and Mike Teachey, Noble Aim specializes in helping organizations achieve systemic change.

Greenville First Steps partners with public and private organizations to ensure children enter school on track and ready to succeed. It is considering implementing Family Connects, a proven, evidenced based home visit program that provides the parents of every newborn a visit from a registered nurse to help them adjust to their new life at home.

Greenville First Steps Executive Director Derek Lewis said, “We are so thankful for Noble Aim’s leadership in bringing together the public health sector, funders, the faith community, physicians and community service agencies, to explore whether this intervention would be a good fit within our community.”
