Greenville Housing Fund Welcomes LeBold as New Mortgage Loan Officer

GREENVILLE, SC – April 19, 2012 – The Greenville Housing Fund (GHF) has recently added Anita LeBold of Greer, SC, to its staff as Mortgage Loan Officer. GHF has added this position after being recently designated as a licensed non-profit mortgage broker in SC who will primarily target its mortgages to low- to moderate-income families.

LeBold comes to GHF with over 29 years of experience in the mortgage loan industry as a Mortgage Loan Officer for Regions Bank, Carolina First (TD Bank) and Union First Market Bank and has helped more than 10,000 families achieve the dream of homeownership. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Belk School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. As Mortgage Loan Officer, LeBold will be responsible for guiding low- to moderate-income families toward homeownership through the mortgage loan application, approval and closing process, as well as assisting the clients of other non-profits become homeowners.
