Greenville Symphony expands marketing team with two new hires
August 26, 2026The Greenville Symphony Orchestra has expanded its marketing team, welcoming Caitlin Lingle as Director of Marketing & Audience Engagement and Danielle Parks as Marketing & Digital Content Associate.
Together, Lingle and Parks bring experience across orchestra marketing, audience development, music education and digital communications as the Greenville Symphony continues to strengthen how it reaches and engages audiences.
Caitlin Lingle brings more than a decade of nonprofit management and performing arts marketing experience to her new role. Most recently, she served as Director of Marketing for the Quad City Symphony Orchestra in Iowa and Illinois for ten seasons, leading marketing, communications, public relations and box office strategy with a focus on audience growth and earned revenue.
During her tenure, Lingle led a shift to digital-first marketing, introduced audience access initiatives and used customer relationship management (CRM) analytics to build stronger relationships with patrons. Her work earned national recognition, including a featured presentation at the 2024 League of American Orchestras Conference and a case study by marketing platform Feathr.
Lingle holds master’s degrees in arts administration and piano performance/pedagogy from Florida State University and a bachelor’s degree in piano performance from Furman University. She is also a graduate of the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities. Earlier in her career, she served as Executive Director of the Tallahassee Youth Orchestras and Marketing Manager for Summer Sinfonietta.
Danielle Parks joins the Greenville Symphony with a background spanning music performance, education and marketing. She earned a bachelor’s degree in music education from Florida Gulf Coast University, concentrating in string studies with upright bass as her primary instrument.
Before moving into marketing, Parks spent four years teaching high school orchestra in Florida public schools. She later earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University and gained arts marketing experience with Central Florida Community Arts, where her campaigns helped increase social media engagement and she used digital storytelling to connect audiences with the arts.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Caitlin and Danielle, who both understand the art form and the importance of how we invite people into it,” said Jessica Satava, Executive Director of the Greenville Symphony Orchestra. “Caitlin brings extensive experience as an orchestra marketing leader, arts administrator and musician, with a proven record of growing audiences and strengthening engagement. Danielle brings a perspective shaped by her work as a performer and educator, along with fresh ideas for digital content and storytelling. I’m excited to see how their talents come together to help more people connect with the Greenville Symphony.”
The appointments come as the Greenville Symphony prepares for its 2026-27 “Common Ground” season, an exploration of the melodies, rhythms and stories that connect people across cultures and generations. The season opens September 26-27 with Mozart’s Requiem at Peace Concert Hall.
