Greenville Technical College (GTC) has been selected as a 2020 Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges award winner. The selection was made by the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) and Diverse: Issues in Higher Education in recognition of strong recruitment and retention practices, inclusive learning and working environments, and meaningful community service opportunities.

First selected for the award in 2018, this is the second time that the college has been recognized. In addition, GTC has received the Higher Education Excellence in Diversity award four times, most recently in 2019.

“We are very proud of the culture change that has taken place on our campuses and continues to grow,” said Dr. Keith Miller, president of Greenville Technical College. “We are committed to continuing the hard work that produces an environment in which students, staff, and visitors feel welcomed, respected, and valued.”
