Greenville’s Rachael Anna named member at Nexsen Pruet

Rachael Anna has been elected as a member (partner) of Nexsen Pruet as of January 1, 2016. Anna practices with the firms Health Care team. She focuses on antitrust, complex litigation, health care, and electronic discovery and information management issues. She represents clients in a wide range of industries on all aspects of antitrust, including mergers and acquisitions, competitor collaborations, government investigations, and litigation.
She is also Co-Manager of the firm’s ESI Group.
