Greer State Bank Promotes Cantrell and McCammon to Leadership Positions

GREER, SC – July 9, 2013 – Greer State Bank announces the promotions of Brad Cantrell and David McCammon to new roles within the bank’s credit department.  Brad and David bring significant experience to these positions having already served a combined 15 years with the bank.

Brad Cantrell has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.  In this role, he will serve as a member of the bank’s executive leadership team.  Brad has been with the bank for over 10 years, most recently as head of the credit administration department.  He holds a Masters earned from Clemson University and is a graduate of the South Carolina Banker’s School and Stonier Graduate School of Banking.   

David McCammon has been appointed Banking Officer and Special Assets Manager.  He has been with the bank for over 5 years and is a graduate of Clemson University.
