Columbia, SC – September 18, 2007 – Anna Belle (Boo) Kibler, of Grubb & Ellis | Wilson Kibler has been promoted to Commercial Property Manager in the Property Management Division.
Anna Belle began working with Grubb & Ellis | Wilson Kibler in 2005. She began her career with Wilson Kibler as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Commercial Property Manager in 2007. Anna Belle is a candidate pursuing her CPM Designation and is affiliated with various community and professional groups in the area.
Anna Belle is responsible for all aspects of day–to-day management of property operations including routine inspections, tenant relations, maintenance supervision, monitoring of accounts receivable and payable, budgeting and financial reporting to the owners.
