Grubb & Ellis | WRS adds Jeff Irvine as associate

CHARLESTON, SC – February 29, 2012 – Grubb & Ellis | WRS announces Jeff Irvine as an associate in the retail commercial spectrum. Jeff specializes in Retail and Investment brokerage representing landlords, tenants, and investors in negotiations, consulting, and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Jeff had a 20-year career that included investment real estate sales, Fortune 500 consulting work with a Big-Five consulting firm, regional sales management for an international construction products company, and a business start-up of a construction services company. Former business dealings while living in Atlanta, Charleston, Tampa, and Cincinnati has enabled Jeff to pull from a vast pool of investor and corporate resources. Licensed in South Carolina, Florida, and previously Ohio, Jeff has a deep understanding of real estate principals, processes and strategies that benefit his clients.
Jeff received a bachelor degree from the College of Charleston and an MBA degree from The Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute in Public Speaking and Negotiation. He is also a candidate for a CCIM designation.
