Harbor Commercial Partners Industrial Team, consisting of Tradd Varner, SIOR, Todd Garrett, SIOR, CCIM, and Crawford Riddle, has been recognized on the SIOR 2024 Top 50 Industrial Transactions.
The Industrial Team represented the buyer in the purchase of the 753,222 SF Fruit of the Loom distribution site at 1116 Business Park Rd. in Summerville, SC.
It was the 19th-largest industrial transaction in the US for 2024.
