Harbor Commercial Partners welcomes four new members to their team

David Newman, Patti Hoffman, Diana Anderson and Jaime Lesley recently joined the new and rapidly expanding Charleston-based commercial real estate firm.
David Newman
Vice President, Office & Investment Services
David is an experienced professional in the commercial real estate industry with nearly 18 years of completed developments and transactions across multiple industry sectors to include Class A office, retail, industrial and special purpose projects. During his real estate career, David completed the sales and leasing for a multitude of clients consisting of over 1.3M square feet and a combined market value of over $300M. David was the primary lead on an 85-acre Class A office development in Northern Virginia and helped the City of Fredericksburg Virginia secure the lease and financing for constructing minor league baseball’s Fredericksburg Nationals. Prior to joining Harbor Commercial Partners in 2023, David was with eXp Commercial, Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite and the Silver Companies.
His prior involvement in Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. communities enabled him to work in collaboration with some of the world’s largest defense and technology companies, serve on the Board of Directors in a leading association for commercial real estate professionals, and volunteer for a multitude of non-profit organizations.
Patti Hoffman
Property Management Administrator
Patti comes to Harbor Commercial Partners with almost 20 years of commercial real estate experience, working in both property management and accounting. She is the Property Management Administrator, working closely with our Director of Property Management. Patti oversees client assets with a specialty in managing office and retail assets.
Diana Anderson
Marketing & Office Coordinator
Diana manages the marketing projects and office communications for Harbor Commercial Partners. Originally from Southern California, she has a marketing and sales background within the international retail, travel, and real estate industries. She brings a dynamic perspective to the company’s future growth and development, and she works closely with the brokers to ensure consistency in brand messaging, design, and overall success of marketing efforts.
Jaime Lesley
Accounts Payable Specialist
Jaime has over 10 years of accounting experience in the construction industry. She brings a wealth of knowledge to Harbor Commercial Partners, providing financial and administrative support. Her expertise includes vetting vendors, processing, and reconciling invoices while supporting cost management objectives.
