Hartness announces expansion of Builder Guild

August 10, 2021

Hartness, the new urban village founded by the Hartness family and located on Greenville’s Eastside, announces the expansion of their Builder Guild. Hartness proudly features homes crafted exclusively by Guild members, comprised of the Upstate’s finest custom home builders. Guild members are carefully selected to ensure quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, all hallmarks of Hartness homes.

“The commonality of our diverse home types, sizes, and styles is the outstanding craftsmanship our Builder Guild promises and delivers,” said Hartness Development CEO Sean Hartness. “We are delighted to welcome two new members and their exceptional talent to the guild, especially as demand increases for quality legacy homes in an innovative mixed-use community concept.”

Dillard-Jones Builders and Sexton Griffith Custom Home Builders now join Hartness Construction, Hollison Custom Homes, J. Francis Builders, Milestone Custom Homes, and Peery Homes in an expanded Builder Guild at Hartness.

Prospective buyers can choose from a variety of properties that include: newly completed homes or homes under construction. Additionally, clients can partner with a Builder Guild member to create a customized dream home using one of Hartness’ professionally designed plans or a design in harmony with Hartness’ architectural guidelines.
