Hartness International Expands Operations in the Upstate

GREENVILLE, SC – December 28, 2012 – With over 50 years of history in the Upstate, Hartness International is a stalwart in the Greenville business community. Recently, product line expansion and a need to improve overall production efficiency have forced Hartness to take decisive steps to expand their current operations. Toward that end, the company recently leased a 72,000 square foot production facility which is located at 1 Brozzini Court, Suite A in Greenville, SC. The building will be used for the assembling of conveyor and robotic packaging equipment used in food and beverage production, as well as in other segments of the consumer packaged goods industry. Randall Bentley with Lee & Associates—Greenville represented the owner of the building, Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada, in the acquisition of this new industrial lease.
