Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd welcomes Carson S. Phillips in Greenville

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. announced that Carson S. Phillips has joined the firm’s Greenville office as a litigation associate.
Carson focuses his practice on toxic tort litigation and will work closely with the firm’s asbestos team. Before joining Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, he was an attorney with a national law firm in Alabama where he represented corporations, small businesses, individuals, and governmental entities in complex commercial, product liability, and mass tort litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country.
Licensed to practice law in Alabama and South Carolina, Carson received his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, from Auburn University. In law school, he served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal, a member of the Moot Court Board and Chair of the Negotiation Board.
