Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd announced that Kathleen Muthig has recently graduated from the Leadership Columbia program.
Leadership Columbia was founded by the Columbia Chamber of Commerce in 1972. Each year, approximately 60 professionals are selected based on their community involvement, capacity for leadership and commitment to improving the Midlands.
Kathleen is an experienced bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorney. She represents all types of creditors in litigation, including lenders, financial institutions, banks, credit unions and landlords. In addition to her litigation practice, she has experience assisting businesses facing alcohol beverage licensing issues.
