Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Kathleen Muthig selected for Leadership Columbia

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd attorney Kathleen Muthig has been selected to the Columbia Chamber of Commerce’s 2019-2020 class of Leadership Columbia.
As a member of the 47th Leadership Columbia class, Kathleen will join 60 local professionals for a 10-month curriculum, including monthly classes, a retreat, a class project and other activities around the Midlands.
Kathleen is an experienced bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorney. She represents national and regional banks, loan servicers, credit unions and other creditors in bankruptcy actions. She also represents lenders and businesses in state court litigation.
