Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Perry MacLennan takes on new leadership role with the SC Bar YLD

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd announced that Perry MacLennan will become President-Elect of the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division effective July 1. As the incoming President-Elect of the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division, Perry has been sworn in as a member of the South Carolina Bar Board of Governors and House of Delegates and will serve as a Young Lawyers Representative.
Perry is a workforce and business lawyer helping companies establish or expand operations in South Carolina and comply with various laws applicable to doing business here. He focuses on employment law, economic development incentives, contracts and general corporate matters. A graduate of the South Carolina Economic Development Institute, Perry serves on the Board of Directors for the Palmetto Society for Human Resource Management and Helping And Lending Outreach Support (HALOS). He is the President of the Clemson University Young Alumni Council and teaches Business Law at the College of Charleston.
