Bob, who leads the firm’s Corporate Litigation practice group, brings extensive experience to complex litigation in state and federal courts and arbitrations. A certified mediator, he has successfully represented businesses and individuals in intellectual property matters. This marks Bob’s fourth time receiving the “Lawyer of the Year” honor for intellectual property litigation in Columbia, having previously been recognized in 2017, 2021 and 2023.
