Healthcare strategy and alignment expert Christopher Beckham joins Knowledge Capital Group as Director, Healthcare Consulting

Christopher Beckham, a healthcare strategy and alignment expert, has joined Knowledge Capital Group (KCG), a boutique strategy and management consulting firm based in Charleston, SC.
“Successful healthcare organizations must continue to execute on value-based care strategies, despite some uncertainty associated with the Affordable Care Act,” says Christopher Beckham, KCG’s Director of Healthcare Consulting. “The future will belong to those healthcare organizations that meet increasing consumer expectations related to quality, value and transparency within an environment that remains highly challenging. Success will require identifying the right strategic partners, maximizing opportunities for differentiation and maintaining a laser-like focus on execution.”
Beckham will lead KCG’s team of healthcare consultants to closely partner with healthcare executives, trustees and clinicians on the most pressing challenges confronting their organizations. With over a decade of experience as a consultant, healthcare executive, public speaker and published author, he has demonstrated a unique ability to think creatively, communicate effectively and build consensus. Beckham comes to KCG most recently from Pershing, Yoakley and Associates (PYA), where he focused on strategic planning for a variety of healthcare organizations as well as integrating physician organizations with hospitals and health systems.
Beckham earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration and a Masters in Healthcare Informatics from the University of Alabama, Birmingham (UAB) and a BA in Political Science and History from the College of Charleston.
