Heart rhythm specialist joins AnMed Health network

ANDERSON, SC – December 12, 2011 – AnMed Health is pleased to announce the addition of a new medical office, AnMed Health Arrhythmia Specialists. The office is the practice of Dr. Joseph Manfredi, a board-certified electrophysiologist and the medical director of AnMed Health’s electrophysiology lab.
Dr. Manfredi was previously part of Arrhythmia Consultants of Greenville and has close to a decade of experience helping patients with heart rhythm problems. Dr. Manfredi is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College and did his residency training at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.
“Starting this practice was a great opportunity,” Manfredi said. “AnMed Health’s heart program has some of the best outcomes in the region, and I’ve long felt like this is my home. I look forward to caring for the people of this area for many years to come.”

The practice offers pacemaker and defibrillator implants, ablation therapy for arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation, and a variety of diagnostic testing.
