Herlong Sotheby’s International Realty has set another Upstate real estate record.

Joan Herlong, founder and CEO of Herlong Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyers in the $5 million closing of 22 Bennett Street. This broke the previous record for a single-family home sale inside City of Greenville limits of $4.5 million, which was also held by Herlong.
