Local women’s social group HEY GIRL is serving up a afternoon of community connection on the courts. The organization will host “Pickleball with the Mamas” on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Pickle Yard in Mauldin.
Located at 15 Jenkins Court in the downtown Maverick Yards development, the event invites mothers from across the Upstate to gather for three hours of friendly competition, casual play, and networking.

The social event aims to give local moms a chance to unwind, active-style, while trying out the popular paddle sport. Designed for all experience levels—from first-time players picking up a paddle to seasoned regulars—the afternoon emphasizes casual, fun gameplay over strict tournament play.
Organizers selected Pickle Yard for its indoor court setup and social amenities. Beyond the venue’s six indoor pickleball courts, attendees can take advantage of the on-site full-service kitchen and bar, Dilly’s Oasis, as well as shaded outdoor lounge space.
