This Hippity Hop Pear Salad is easy, healthy, and fun to make for your Easter table this year!
• 1/2 Pear, canned in own juice
• Broccoli Slaw (Handful)
• 2 Dried Apricots
• 3 Dried Cranberries
• Real Whipped Cream (can)
• Toothpicks
• Yogurt Covered Almonds or Raisins – Assorted Colors
Directions:
1. Place handful of broccoli straw on plate.
2. Top with pear half.
3. Using clean scissors, cut apricots into bunny ear shapes.
4. Affix to pear using toothpicks.
5. Press cranberries into pear for eyes and nose.
6. Use half toothpicks to make whiskers.
7. Make a whipped cream tail.
8. Decorate plate with assorted colored yogurt covered almonds or raisins.
