Musicians from the South Carolina Philharmonic will visit Historic Columbia to present a concert of light classics on the grounds of Hampton-Preston Mansion and Gardens. The four-part series will take place on Thursdays – March 25, April 29, May 20 and June 24 – with concerts beginning at 6 p.m.
For individual performances, ticket options include general admission for $50 per person and a square for six people for $250. Full series tickets can be purchased as well, including general admission for $200 and a square for six people for $1,000. Space is limited and tickets are required to be purchased in advance from HistoricColumbia.org.
Guests may arrive any time after 5 p.m. with an hour-long concert beginning at 6 p.m. Ticket holders should bring a blanket or chairs. Food will be available for purchase onsite, but guests may also bring a picnic.
The Hampton-Preston Mansion and Gardens are located at 1615 Blanding Street.
