Holder Properties Breaks Ground on 174 Meeting Street Office Building

CHARLESTON, SC – June 28, 2012 – Holder Properties announces the groundbreaking for 174 Meeting Street, a 52,000 sf class A office building located on Meeting Street between Market and Cumberland Streets. This project will be Holder Properties fifth office development in Charleston in the last 5 years, totaling over 400,000 square feet. 174 Meeting Street will be a four story building with the ground floor housing a highly finished lobby, a CertusBank branch, ATM, and parking. CertusBank will occupy the second floor. The third and fourth floors will be available for lease. CertusBank is the project’s anchor tenant and will occupy approximately 42% of the leasable space. The building is designed with energy efficient systems and environmentally sensitive materials.
Construction will begin immediately with shell completion scheduled for April 2013 and CertusBank will move in May 1, 2013.
