Holder Properties, Inc. is proud to announce that Crowley, a global maritime, energy and logistics solutions company, has leased office space at Marshside, Charleston’s newest waterfront office located in Nowell Creek Village on Daniel Island.

Marshside at Nowell Creek Village is a 187,500 SF fully renovated first class office building located within the new Nowell Creek Village development.
