Holiday Lights on the River opens November 24 at Saluda Shoals Park

The Midlands largest drive-through light show is a magical experience you won’t want to miss!

Opens Tuesday, November 24, 2020 – 6:00pm to 10:00pm
Repeats every day until Thursday, December 31, 2020

Families and friends can fill up their cars for a festive ride through a wonderland of colorful light displays and fantastic animated scenes during Holiday Lights on the River. Beginning November 24th and running nightly through December 31st, see colorful lights, dancing trees, and much more as Saluda Shoals Park is transformed for the holidays by millions of sparkling lights! Holiday Lights on the River, the Midland’s largest Drive-Through Light Show attracts more than 90,000 visitors each year.

Guest will enter the lights at 6071 St. Andrews Road and exit the park at Bush River Road following a 2.5-mile route along a curved road featuring well over a million lights and hundreds of animated displays and themed areas.

Many traditional favorites return to this year’s light show including the Dazzling Dancing Forest – a grove of dancing woodland trees synchronized to classical and whimsical music, the 12 days of Christmas, Lake Murray Country and the patriotic area.

Due to COVID-19, there will be no additional activities at Holiday Lights this year with the exception of the laser light show and walking trail to the wetland.

Opening to the public on November 24, Holiday Lights on the River will run every night through December 31st from 6:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. Admission is $20 per car, $40 per 12+-passenger van, trucks with trailers, and limos, and $60 per bus.
