Horizon Forest Products extends lease in North Charleston

Harbor Commercial Partners announces that Todd Garrett, CCIM, SIOR, Tradd Varner, SIOR, and Crawford Riddle represented Horizon Forest Products in the extension of their lease at 4301 Dorchester Rd in North Charleston.
The hardwood company will continue to occupy 24,800 SF of industrial space.
