1. Obtain the Application Form
Start by downloading the Lake Rabon Boat Permit Application from the LCWSC website. This form is required for all boats, including canoes and kayaks.
2. Complete the Application
Fill out the application with accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your vessel. Be sure to complete all required fields to avoid processing delays.
Download or complete the application on line using this link: https://lcwsc.com/boat-permits/ and once received, LCWSC will call customer for payment. Once payment made, the permit will be mailed to customer.
3. Submit the Application and Payment
Once your application is complete, submit it along with the required fee. You have two options:
- In Person: Visit the LCWSC office at 3850 Hwy 221 S, Laurens, SC 29360, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
- By Mail: Send your completed application and payment (check or money order) to:

4. Permit Fees
The fees for the 2025 boating season are:
- Annual Permit: $30.00
