November 18, 2015

GREENVILLE, SC − HRP Associates Inc. (HRP), an environmental health and safety engineering and consulting firm in Greenville, has been awarded a two-year Environmental Consultant Services Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) from the South Carolina Department of Mental Health.

“We are honored to be awarded this contract and be selected to assist the S.C. Department of Mental Health with environmental due diligence and HAZMAT services such as asbestos, lead paint, mold and hazardous materials remediation as part of their facilities management and growth in the future,” said Tad Goetcheus, V.P. of HRP.

“Our 20 plus years of experience and quality service serving the region was a major factor in this award selection.”

As part of this IDC, HRP Associates will be available to provide assistance should environmental concerns arise as the Department redevelops and re-uses state-owned properties throughout S.C. Many of the properties being assessed were built 60-75 years ago and will need HRP’s assistance to address environmental issues during modernization or re-purposing.

HRP has 12 offices in the country, serving clients with needs in multi-media environmental and OSHA health and safety compliance, site contamination investigation and remediation, Brownfield redevelopment, and risk management consulting.
