The ±31,167 SF free standing building situated on ±2.42 AC located at the signalized intersection of Rivers Avenue will provide an excellent opportunity for Hudson Nissan to expand their capabilities within close proximity to the original dealership. With the used car market booming, the necessity for additional space has been greater than ever. Older car models are seeing more circulation, hence Hudson Nissan’s need for supplementary square footage.
In addition, this transaction is an excellent example of the downward trend of big box retail, and it showcases the different ways in which they are being repurposed.
