Humanly acquires Sprockets, Qualifi, and HourWork to build end-to-end AI hiring platform

Humanly has announced the acquisitions of Sprockets, Qualifi, and HourWork, uniting three category leaders to create a true end-to-end conversational AI hiring platform.  SC based SCRA/SC Launch and Venture South are both investors in Mount Pleasant-based Sprockets.

The combined platform will serve Fortune 500 enterprises, mid-market, and high-growth companies, offering one seamless system to source, screen, interview, hire, and retain talent at scale.

Sprockets became a SCRA Member Company in January of 2017 and received a $75,000 grant. It became an SC Launch Inc. Portfolio Company in March 2019 when it received a $125,000 investment.

Sprockets is a success story in innovation because its team identified a problem and created a solution. Industries such as restaurants, hospitality, and home health that hire hourly employees often encounter tenuous processes, but Sprockets’ software tools made these processes turn-key.
